Absolutely. We hold a valid California state appliance license, carry full liability insurance, and are EPA certified for refrigerant handling — so every job is done legally and safely.

The service call fee for standard brands like Whirlpool, GE, and LG is $85. For high-end brands such as Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, and KitchenAid, it is $120. This fee applies only if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

In the vast majority of cases — yes. When parts are available, we complete the job during the initial visit. If a component needs to be ordered, we ask for a 25% deposit and return it once it arrives
